Barons House Recipe Sausages:

We take immense pride in our House Made Sausages. We cut the Pork and Lamb from whole muscles, to get the perfect balance of Fat and Lean. Then we grind it ourselves, mix in our own proprietary blend of Herb, Spices and Sea Salt from the Mediterranean Coast. We then hand mix, hand stuff and hand link every single sausage that we sell right in front of you. All our recipes were developed in house and have been perfected over time to be what we consider the finest sausages anywhere.
